These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.cjkkjh.com and any related online or mobile services (collectively, the "Services") provided by CJKKJH, LLC ("CJKKJH," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Services—including purchasing any of our original artworks, art prints, stickers, accessories, or other goods offered for sale (collectively, the "Products")—you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms also include:

  • Section 11, which sets forth the Terms of Sale; and

  • Section 12, which applies to gift card purchases or redemptions.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

By creating an account, placing an order, redeeming a gift card, or otherwise interacting with our Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration clause and class action waiver in Section 17.

Supplemental Terms

We may provide different or additional terms in connection with specific Services or features (e.g., commissions, promotions, digital downloads). If additional terms apply, they will become part of your agreement with us. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplemental terms, the supplemental terms will control with respect to that specific Service.

Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may also provide additional notice via email or through the Services. Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms are effective immediately. Your continued use of the Services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

1. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how CJKKJH, LLC collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you access or use our Services.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to access or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

If you are under 18 years of age (or under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor using our Services, you accept full responsibility for that minor’s use of the Services, including any purchases or legal obligations they may incur.

If you are using the Services on behalf of another individual or an entity, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that individual or entity,

  • All references to "you" in these Terms will apply to both you and that individual or entity, and

  • You and the entity or individual will be jointly and severally liable if there is any breach of these Terms. 

3. User Accounts and Account Security

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. When registering for an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information,

  • Keep your information up to date, and

  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security, you must promptly notify us at support@cjkkjh.com.

You may not share your account credentials with others. If you do permit others to access your account, you are fully responsible for their actions, including any purchases, damages, or violations of these Terms.

We reserve the right to reclaim or remove usernames at our sole discretion, including when the username is determined to infringe on intellectual property or trademark rights of another party. 

4. User Content

Our Services may allow you and other users to create, post, store, and share content such as text, messages, photos, videos, reviews, and other materials (collectively, "User Content").

Your Rights

You retain all ownership rights in the User Content you submit or post, subject to the license you grant to us below.

License to Use User Content

By submitting, posting, or sharing User Content on or through our Services, you grant CJKKJH, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display your User Content, and to use your name, username, likeness, and other identifying information provided in connection with your User Content, in any media formats and through any media channels now known or later developed, without compensation to you.

Visibility and Sharing

Please be aware that any User Content you post may be visible to other users and the public. Your User Content, along with any associated information such as your profile name or photo linked to the content, may be viewed and used by others in accordance with these Terms.

Your Warranties and Representations

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or otherwise control all rights in and to your User Content;

  • You have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to grant us the above license; and

  • Your User Content does not violate these Terms or infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Prohibited Content

You may not post, submit, or share any User Content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;

  • Infringes the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others; or

  • Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

Moderation and Removal

While we have no obligation to monitor or edit User Content, we reserve the right, but are not required, to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion and without notice.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree that when using our Products and Services, you will comply with all applicable laws, contracts, intellectual property rights, and third-party rights. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using our Services. You agree not to:

  • Sell, resell, or commercially exploit our Products or Services without our explicit permission.

  • Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, stalking, or otherwise abusive behavior.

  • Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person, entity, or organization.

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display any part of our Services except as expressly authorized by us or our licensors.

  • Modify, create derivative works, remove proprietary rights notices, or tamper with our Services.

  • Use our Services in any way that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively impact other users’ ability to use the Services or the functioning of our Services, including overloading or damaging our systems.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code or bypass security or access controls of our Services.

  • Use data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar automated tools to extract data from our Services without our prior written consent.

  • Develop, use, or distribute applications that interact with our Services without our prior written permission.

  • Bypass or ignore directives contained in our robots.txt file or other similar controls.

  • Use our Services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose, or encourage or promote activities that violate these Terms.

Regarding User Content

You may only post or share User Content that is non-confidential and for which you hold all necessary rights and permissions. You agree not to post, submit, or share any User Content that:

  • Is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Constitutes or encourages criminal behavior, violates any laws, or infringes any third-party rights.

  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party.

  • Contains false, misleading, or deceptive statements or claims.

  • Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation.

  • Contains unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising, or solicitations.

  • Includes private or personal information of third parties without their consent.

  • Contains viruses, malware, corrupted data, or other harmful or destructive content.

  • In our sole discretion, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits others from using or enjoying the Services, or exposes CJKKJH or others to harm or liability.

Enforcement and Disclaimer

Enforcement of this Section 5 is at our sole discretion. Failure to enforce any provision in one instance will not be deemed a waiver of our rights to enforce it later. This Section does not create any private right of action for any third party nor guarantee that prohibited content will be absent from our Services.

6. Ownership; Limited License

All content and materials provided through our Services—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, designs, and software—are the exclusive property of CJKKJH, LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.

Except as explicitly provided in these Terms, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and their content are reserved by CJKKJH or its licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CJKKJH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Any other use of the Services—including, but not limited to, copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the Services—is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by CJKKJH in writing.

Violation of this license will result in immediate termination of your rights to use the Services and may lead to legal action for intellectual property infringement.

7. Trademarks

CJKKJH, the R Monogram Logo, and all other logos, product and service names, slogans, designs, and the overall look and feel of the Services are registered and unregistered trademarks or trade dress owned exclusively by CJKKJH, LLC.

These trademarks and trade dress may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior express written consent.

All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, company names, and logos mentioned or displayed on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

Any reference to third-party products, services, processes, or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by CJKKJH unless explicitly stated.

8. Feedback

You may voluntarily provide CJKKJH with questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, original creative materials, or other information related to CJKKJH, our Products, or our Services (collectively, “Feedback”).

By submitting Feedback, you acknowledge and agree that CJKKJH may use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial, without any obligation to acknowledge or compensate you.

You further understand and agree that CJKKJH may treat any Feedback you provide as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

9. Repeat Infringer Policy; Copyright Complaints

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, CJKKJH has implemented a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

If you believe that any content available on our Services infringes upon a copyright that you own or control, you may submit a written notification to CJKKJH’s designated Copyright Agent as follows:

To be effective, your notification must comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) and include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material on the Services.

  • Contact information of the complaining party, such as address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please be aware that knowingly submitting false or misleading notifications of copyright infringement may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees, under applicable law.

10. Third-Party Content

Our Services may include information, links, or access to third-party products, services, activities, events, or other content (collectively, “Third-Party Content”).

Such Third-Party Content is provided solely as a convenience and service to users interested in that content.

Your interactions, transactions, or correspondence with any third parties and your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Content are strictly between you and the third party.

CJKKJH does not control, endorse, guarantee, or make any representations or warranties regarding any Third-Party Content, including its accuracy, legality, or quality.

Your access to and use of Third-Party Content is at your own risk, and CJKKJH disclaims all liability arising from your use or reliance on such content.

11. Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale in this Section 11 govern the purchase of products (“Products”) through our Services. By purchasing a Product via our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase Products via the Services.

A. Order Eligibility

To complete a purchase, you must provide a valid billing and shipping address in a country supported by our checkout process.

B. Product Availability, Display, and Specifications

Product details, including descriptions, prices, and availability, are provided on our Services and are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, errors or outdated information may occur. Product images may not exactly match the actual Product received, and packaging or labeling may vary. Always read labels, warnings, and directions provided with the Product before use.

C. Purchase Restrictions and Quantity Limits

Products are sold for personal use only and are not authorized for resale. We may limit purchase quantities per order, account, credit card, person, or household. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at any time and refund amounts paid.

D. Order Process; Errors

You will have an opportunity to review your order before submission. Upon order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email, which constitutes our acceptance of your order. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment receipt by the carrier.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to errors, inaccuracies, or stock issues, and we will notify you if changes occur. Verification of information may be required before order acceptance or shipment.

E. Price

Prices exclude taxes and shipping charges, which will be added at checkout. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

F. Payment

We offer various payment options, which may change at our discretion. Payment must be authorized and received before order acceptance. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use it and that payment details are accurate.

In case of collection actions, you agree to reimburse CJKKJH for all associated costs, including attorneys’ fees. Refunds or credits will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit if selected.

G. Return Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. CJKKJH does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products, including digital downloads and printables.

If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us at support@cjkkjh.com. We will do our best to address your issues.

Products purchased from other retailers are subject to that retailer’s policies, and CJKKJH is not liable for such returns.

We accept returns only if:

  • The Product is returned from the country of original shipment; and

  • The return is initiated via our designated returns portal [link to portal].

Returns failing to meet these criteria may be declined. Title to returned Products passes to CJKKJH upon receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your selection. Refunds exclude original shipping and handling fees unless required by law.

H. Return Procedure

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees on returns. Failure to pay these may result in the return of goods to CJKKJH.

To initiate a return (e.g., if your order is returned from customs), complete the return request form via our contact page. Provide your name, email, order number, shipping zip code, and select products and refund options.

Refunds for accepted returns will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Products deemed ineligible for return will not be returned to you, and CJKKJH assumes no responsibility for such items.

12. Gift Card Terms

This Section 12 applies specifically to your use of gift cards (“Gift Cards”) to purchase Products via our Services. By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Gift Card Terms. If you do not agree to the Gift Card terms set forth in this Section 12, do not purchase or redeem Gift Cards on our Services. 

A. Purchase 

Gift Cards may only be purchased through our Services. A valid email is required to send and receive a Gift Card. Coupons, promo codes and other discounts we may offer may not be available in connection with purchasing Gift Cards. 

B. Redemption; Use

Gift Cards may be redeemed solely for Products CJKKJH offers for sale on our Services. Purchases made using a Gift Card may be subject to tax. If the purchase amount, including tax, is greater than the value of the Gift Card, you are responsible for any balance owed. Gift Cards may not be returned or applied as payment on any account. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law.

C. Balance Inquiry

For balance inquiries and to obtain information about Gift Cards, contact CJKKJH Team via contact form or email @ support@cjkkjh.com.

D. Expiration; Fees; Restrictions 

Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with them. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Card balances may not be transferred to another CJKKJH customer.  

E. Returns; Risk of Loss 

If a purchase made with a Gift Card is returned, the refund amount will be issued to the individual initiating the return via store credit. See our Return Policy for additional information. The risk of loss and title for a Gift Card passes to the purchaser upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or are not received due to customer failure to enter a valid or accurate email address. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.  

F. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards & Fraud

Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced. The risk of loss and title for a Gift Card passes to the purchaser upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or are not received due to customer failure to enter a valid or accurate email address. CJKKJH will not be responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed Gift Cards or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. Please treat your Gift Card like cash and safeguard it accordingly. CJKKJH and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse to accept Gift Cards that CJKKJH suspects or believes were obtained fraudulently.

G. Compliance with laws.

By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are certifying and representing to CJKKJH that the activities in connection with which the Gift Card will be used will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Gift Card will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or CJKKJH. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify CJKKJH, LLC. and its subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the Gift Card or violation of any of these Terms.

H. Limitation of Liability

GIFT CARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS, AND CJKKJH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CJKKJH AND ITS AFFILIATES DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR GIFT CARD WILL ALWAYS BE ACCESSIBLE OR ACCEPTED. CJKKJH AND ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS VENDORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS, DAMAGE (WHETHER ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE), INJURY, CLAIM OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER WHATSOEVER BASED UPON OR RESULTING FROM THE GIFT CARDS OR USE OF SUCH GIFT CARDS. IN THE EVENT THAT CJKKJH OR ITS AFFILIATES ARE FOUND LIABLE TO YOU, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE TO RECOVER ACTUAL AND DIRECT DAMAGES WHICH SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LAST BALANCE HELD ON YOUR GIFT CARD. CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPH MAY NOT APPLY TO CONSUMERS WITHIN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY OR IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

I. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to Gift Cards will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution terms in the CJKKJH’s Terms of Service. 

THIS SECTION LIMITS CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A COURT ACTION, THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM, THE RIGHT TO ENGAGE IN DISCOVERY EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN AAA OR JAMS RULES AND THE RIGHT TO CERTAIN REMEDIES AND FORMS OF RELIEF. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU OR CJKKJH WOULD HAVE IN COURT ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION.

J. Applicable Law

The law applicable to the interpretation and construction of these Terms shall be the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal laws, and the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, but subject to the Federal Arbitration Act and other federal law relating to the arbitrability of claims. You agree that all matters relating to the Gift Cards or use of the Gift Cards, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Utah.

K. Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your ability to purchase, receive and/or use Gift Cards if you violate this Section 12 or another provision of these Terms. We may also suspend, terminate, or otherwise limit access to your Gift Cards if we suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your purchase, account and/or your use of Gift Cards. 

L. General Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time and will provide notice of such changes if or as required by law. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. 

13. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CJKKJH, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees (collectively, the “CJKKJH Parties”) from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) (“Claims”) arising out of or related to:

  • (a) your access to or use of our Products or Services;

  • (b) your User Content or Feedback;

  • (c) your violation of these Terms;

  • (d) your violation, misappropriation, or infringement of any rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or

  • (e) your conduct in connection with our Products or Services.

You agree to promptly notify the CJKKJH Parties of any third-party Claims, cooperate fully in the defense of such Claims, and reimburse all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in defending them. The CJKKJH Parties reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to control the defense and any settlement of such Claims.

This indemnification obligation is in addition to, and not a replacement for, any other indemnities provided in any separate written agreement between you and CJKKJH or the CJKKJH Parties.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Release

Your use of our Products and Services is at your sole risk. Except as expressly provided in a written agreement signed by us, all Products, Services, and any content provided therein are delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

CJKKJH does not warrant or guarantee that our Services, content, or products are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from errors. While we strive to maintain a safe experience, CJKKJH does not warrant that our Services or servers are free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility and risk for the quality and performance of our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release CJKKJH and the CJKKJH Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or damages (including actual and consequential damages, known or unknown, and including claims of negligence) arising out of or related to:

  • (a) your use of our Products or Services;

  • (b) disputes between users of our Services; and

  • (c) the actions or omissions of any third parties.

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate by any means for damage caused by mishandling products by customers, such as smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, or damaging works. Compensation for damage is due only if damaged products are received due to postal services or if faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every print is inspected multiple times before quality control clearance and only pristine reproductions are shipped.

Please read product descriptions thoroughly. We are not responsible for compensating customers who fail to review product information prior to purchase. All prints include borders as part of the final listed size.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CJKKJH and affiliated parties will not be liable under any theory (contract, tort, negligence, warranty, or otherwise) for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, special damages, or lost profits—even if advised of the possibility.

Total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid for Products via our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply to gross negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so limitations may not apply to you.

16. Transfer and Processing of Data

To provide our Services, you agree that we may transfer, process, and store your information in the United States or other countries, where data protection laws may differ from your local jurisdiction.

17. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

This section requires arbitration for disputes with CJKKJH and limits your ability to seek relief in court, unless you opt out within 30 days.

  • No Representative Actions: Disputes must be resolved individually, not as class or representative actions.

  • Arbitration: Except for small claims court cases or injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse, disputes go to binding arbitration administered by JAMS.

  • Procedure: You must send a written Notice to CJKKJH by email (support@cjkkjh.com) or certified mail (PO Box 171259, Salt Lake City, UT 84117) describing your claim. If unresolved within 30 days, arbitration may proceed.

  • Location: Arbitration will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah, or may be conducted telephonically or via video conference for disputes alleging damages less than $5,000. If you are a consumer, you may elect to hold the arbitration in your county of residence in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures (“JAMS Rules”).

  • Costs: You pay filing fees (max $250 if consumer); CJKKJH pays remaining fees.

  • Governing Law: Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

  • Confidentiality: Arbitration proceedings and outcomes are confidential.

  • Limitations: Arbitrator handles only individual claims, no class actions.

  • Opt-Out: Email support@cjkkjh.com within 30 days of acceptance to opt out of arbitration.

If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains effective, and class claims must be litigated in court.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any disputes arising will be governed by Utah law, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes not subject to arbitration or small claims court will be resolved in Utah state or federal courts located in Salt Lake City.

19. Modifying and Terminating our Services

We may modify or discontinue any Products or Services at any time without liability. You may stop using our Services whenever you choose. We are not responsible for losses from inability to access or use the Services.

20. SMS Program

By joining CJKKJH’s SMS Program, you consent to receive automated marketing text messages to the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply.

  • CJKKJH is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or unlawful, it will be severed without affecting the remainder of the Terms.

22. Miscellaneous

Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. Section titles are for convenience and have no legal effect. These Terms benefit only the parties and do not confer third-party rights. Communications and transactions may be conducted electronically.
